Mean Median Mode Range Worksheets

I need to create a formula to attract the highest and lowest value from one Excel worksheet to another?

Make two worksheet in Excel for evaluation of the seminar. One worksheet has the evaluation and value, the second sheet is a summary of the whole that must be on a separate worksheet. So far I've been using other functions on the Mode, Median, the average for the specific range of cells for each respondent to answer questions, and now I need to draw "Range" score, which means the lowest score given and the highest value and show in a single cell. In other words, I need to show someone who provides evaluation and 4 being the lowest score in the same cell I need to show someone who gives 9 as the highest value. And I need to pull data from the worksheet to a summary of the overall evaluation, so that I can not use conditional formatting. Each suggestions would be appreciated. I know I can only count, but this worksheet will be used over and over again and I want the formula.

Bravos12 have a good solution, but I want to answer your question with another question: Why values must be in one cell? The only way to put separate values in a single cell, as Bravos12 said, to convert it to text. That means that later you can not do further analysis on them. Why not place a minimum value in one cell and the maximum value in cells side by side, and a table format so that no boundary between them? When you print the table, it will look like a single cell, but you'll preserve the value of numbers.
